Military officer forced his way into a womans home looking for her husband; a suspected activist. 

Her husband wasnt home.

The military officer took her 7 month old baby boy, put him on the kitchen table, took out his knife and preceeded to decapitate the child in front of the horrified mother.

Then he hung the baby’s head on the door as a warning to other activists.

This was all reported by a Syrian soldier who claimed he was loyal to the regime up until he witnessed his commanding officer do this, then he defected.

7 months old…how tiny was this baby? How beautiful was it? Who could do such a thing? Could you imagine if that was your child being decapitated before you? 

The day the Free Syrian Army asks for volunteers is the day I leave to Syria.
